The Harispal Welding Techniques Company was set up in August 2003. From the beginning of our business activities, we have strived to accomplish our “All for the Welding Process” mission. After more than 10 years in the market, we can be proud of a wide range of services we provide to help you streamline your production process at different levels.
The current activity of the Company can be divided into the following segments:
Sale of Welding Products – our business is to provide comprehensive supplies of professional welding machines and equipment (MIGATRONIC), consumables (DRAPHO, CARBOWELD), MIG, TIG, MMA welding torches and parts, gas burners and accessories for trade and industry sectors. We also deal with the automation of gas and plasma cutting processes (Migatronic and Hypertherm plasma cutters), ventilated welding stations with filtering units, sale of professional tools, electric power tools and accessories, as well as sale of pneumatic and hydraulic tools, and rental of welding equipment. Before you make a purchase, we will offer you an option to try various machines and equipment free of charge.
Welders Training Center – a modern training facility, equipped with 14 welding stations, including the MIGATRONIC welding equipment. The trainees acquire their skills and knowledge under the guidance of instructors with many years’ experience, holding the title of International Welding Practitioner (IWP). The training is provided, inter alia, on new Migatronic welding machines. The welding room is equipped with Nederman ventilation system with filtering units. The welding stations are adapted for persons with disabilities. We provide training using the 111, 114, 121, 131, 135, 136, 138, 141 and 311 methods.
NDT Laboratory – the laboratory meets all the general criteria for testing laboratory operation regarding the non-destructive tests, according to PN-EN 17025:2001. This has been confirmed by HARISPAL obtaining a certificate of the National Atomic Energy Agency and a license issued by the Polish Technical Supervision Office (UDT).
HARISPAL NDT LABORATORY provides services in the area of radiographic (X-ray), magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, visual, and hardness testing, Positive Material Identification (PMI) and visual inspection using video endoscope.
Welding Equipment Service – we offer warranty and post-warranty repairs, as well as technical inspections, periodic inspections, and technical testing of electric shock protection. Prior to execution of the order we guarantee a free evaluation of the equipment.
Implementation of New Technologies – as part of cooperation with our partners, our welding engineers provide assistance in the approval of welding procedures for industrial plants and workshops. We offer professional assistance in creating of welded joints, destructive and non-destructive testing and preparation of required documentation.
Outsource Welding – many years of experience in the welding industry have allowed us to expand our range of services by hiring welders with different levels of skills and qualifications. As part of the cooperation, we provide space and materials to verify the competence of welders.
Production – our production activities include the manufacture of small and medium size parts. We create welded joints on most material groups, either on our own or the customer’s premises. We set ourselves ever new challenges, so our abilities are growing with each new order.
Assembly Groups – we have at our disposal teams of fully equipped, experienced and skilled fitters. Our business activities include installation of pipelines, transmission networks, steel structures and pressure parts. We carry out projects comprehensively, including NDT and preparation of as-built documentation. We guarantee flexibility when executing your orders.
In May 2005, to raise the standard of provided services, HARISPAL introduced a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
